Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of technical leadership in customer-facing program management.
- Deep knowledge of Power Electronics, Controls Engineering, and hardware technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills tailored for technical and executive audiences.
- Proficiency in project management and risk frameworks.
- Experience aligning programs to business goals and driving process improvements.
- Proven ability to lead customer onboarding and lifecycle management.
