Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of related experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- 5+ years of experience in lean deployment in manufacturing.
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to coach and train employees at all levels.
