Responsibilities
- Support overall test laboratory activities including test development and fabrication of prototypes.
- Coordinate testing and execute tests as directed.
- Create test procedures and protocols.
- Support data analysis using statistical techniques and software.
- Design and iterate fixtures and drawings using CAD applications.
- Read and apply ASTM/ISO test standards.
- Work closely with R&D/Design and Quality Engineers.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Mechanical or Bio-Medical Engineering.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Ability to self-organize and prioritize responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks or another CAD platform is a plus.
- Knowledge about mechanical testing and statistics is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for 10-12 weeks.
