Responsibilities
- Work on open-ended engineering problems.
- Collaborate closely with mentors and team members.
- Apply engineering knowledge to practical projects.
- Manage complex technical projects.
- Learn and implement state-of-the-art techniques.
- Participate in various engineering teams (mechanical, test, avionics, manufacturing).
- Work onsite for a minimum of 10-12 consecutive weeks.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant STEM field.
- Strong command of engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on engineering experience through internships or projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to self-direct and learn quickly.
- Specific preferred qualifications for mechanical, manufacturing, avionics, and test operations roles.
- Must be able to work full-time onsite.
