Responsibilities
- Produce additively manufactured components for high-performance liquid propulsion.
- Optimize the total manufacturing process, including design for additive and quality verification.
- Take ownership of AM hardware development and deployment.
- Design tooling and fixtures and collaborate with external vendors as needed.
- Operate machines and engage in post-processing activities.
- Interface with quality requirements and manage digital work orders.
- Enhance communication between design engineering and manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in metal additive manufacturing.
- Proficient in CAD programs and design for manufacturing.
- Highly organized with flexibility in working hours.
- 2+ years of experience in aerospace or ISO environments.
- Knowledge of general fabrication methods and manufacturing execution systems.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to relocate.
