Responsibilities
- Produce additively manufactured components for high-performance liquid propulsion.
- Optimize the total manufacturing process, including design for additive and quality verification.
- Develop and deploy metallic AM hardware, taking ownership of application and process engineering.
- Find creative solutions and collaborate with external vendors as needed.
- Operate machines and manage job recovery for high-value builds.
- Engage in CAD design for additive manufacturing and generate machine program files.
- Maintain project execution ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in metal additive manufacturing.
- Proficient in CAD programs and GD&T.
- Experience in aerospace, medical devices, or ISO environments.
- Knowledge of general fabrication methods and manufacturing execution systems.
- Familiarity with liquid propellant engine systems.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to relocate to Seattle, WA.
