Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for the Hardware and EEE Parts Reliability group.
- Drive closure on Avionics EEE piece part reliability issues and risks.
- Assess risk levels using reliability physics of failure models and develop accelerated tests.
- Lead reliability test planning, methodology, and execution.
- Analyze failures discovered during reliability testing and coordinate corrective actions.
- Advise on parts selection based on reliability and manufacturing processes.
- Execute testing campaigns to assess the reliability of hardware and components.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor, package, and/or PCBA reliability.
- Proficient in reliability modeling methods and statistical techniques.
- Excellent understanding of accelerated testing methods and physics of failure.
- Experience with reliability statistics and PCB design analysis.
- Familiarity with reliability analysis techniques like FMEA and fault tree analysis.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.
