Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for the Hardware and EEE Parts Reliability group.
- Drive resolution of Avionics EEE piece part reliability issues.
- Utilize reliability physics and statistics to assess risk and develop tests.
- Lead reliability test planning and execution.
- Analyze failures discovered during reliability testing.
- Build reliability prediction and finite element models.
- Advise on parts selection based on reliability and manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor, package, and/or PCBA reliability.
- Proficiency in reliability modeling methods and statistical techniques.
- Understanding of accelerated testing methods and physics of failure.
- Experience with coding (preferably Python) and reliability statistics.
- Familiarity with failure modes effects analysis and reliability analysis techniques.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.
