Responsibilities
- Lead internal project teams and coordinate with engineers and contractors throughout the MEP engineering process.
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with standards and specifications during construction and maintenance.
- Verify maintenance completion and coordinate repair efforts for various facility systems.
- Manage the design, development, and issuance of drawings and documentation for projects.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time with multiple parties.
- Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure processes for site projects, ensuring technical specifications and deadlines are met.
- Communicate building and maintenance activities to personnel and subcontractors effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience with MEP building systems design or construction.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or engineering design software.
- Direct field experience managing aerospace or large commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles.
- Familiarity with National Electric Code and other relevant codes.
- Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support for critical activities and emergencies.
