Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment repairs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for production systems.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solve complex problems with an emphasis on efficiency.
- Mentor technicians in troubleshooting and interpreting technical documents.
- Lead improvement projects in collaboration with engineering teams to maximize equipment availability.
- Create and update preventative maintenance instructions to minimize recurring failures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of troubleshooting technical problems in manufacturing.
- Experience in design for manufacturability and assembly.
- Strong capability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with MRP, ERP, and CMMS systems.
