Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance technicians in troubleshooting complex equipment repairs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solve complex problems with a focus on speed and efficiency.
- Mentor technicians in troubleshooting and interpreting technical documents.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of design for manufacturability and assembly.
- Experience with MRP, ERP, and CMMS systems.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
