Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturable, reliable flow control devices.
- Implement thorough component testing across multiple sites.
- Spearhead root cause investigations and implement solutions.
- Set standards for component design and qualification testing.
- Generate and improve component specifications and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams for high reliability.
- Lead a team to achieve project goals and inform system-level architecture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of experience in designing and analyzing mechanical systems.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Leadership project management experience.
- Master’s degree or additional experience in mechanical/aerospace engineering preferred.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and control instrumentation.
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical devices and fluid systems.
