Responsibilities
- Own hardware from conceptual design through high-volume production and deployment.
- Rapidly iterate on designs, analysis, and tests to inform system trades and product direction.
- Develop design criteria, collaborate on requirements, and drive system-level optimization.
- Establish an efficient product lifecycle from supply chain to final integration.
- Perform environmental and performance testing on hardware.
- Demonstrate ownership of product outcomes throughout development and production.
- Collaborate with partner teams to develop novel manufacturing procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in designing, building, and testing hardware.
- Experience with CAD and/or finite element analysis (FEA) software.
- Preferred experience in RF or antenna hardware design and testing.
- Knowledge in selecting materials and manufacturing methods for mechanical components.
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
