Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for equipment and process gaps.
- Develop and execute improvement projects to enhance production equipment availability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability and maintenance efficiency into projects.
- Utilize CMMS for maintenance management.
- Implement predictive maintenance tools for proactive reliability-centered maintenance.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for repairs and upgrades.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred: 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with MRP, ERP, and CMMS systems.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
