Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, test, and qualify mechanical assemblies for the Direct to Cell system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on electromechanical interfaces.
- Partner with manufacturing teams for high-volume production.
- Conduct mechanical analysis to support design decisions.
- Take ownership of design, development, testing, and launch milestones.
- Ensure compliance with GD&T in manufacturing drawings.
- Support critical milestones with extended hours as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience using CAD software.
- 1+ years of experience with finite element analysis (FEA).
- Strong experience in multi-disciplinary design projects.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Experience in mechatronics or a combination of mechanical, electrical, and software skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
