Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, test, and qualify mechanical assemblies for the Direct to Cell system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on payload electromechanical interfaces.
- Partner with manufacturing teams for high-volume production of new projects.
- Conduct mechanical analysis to support design trades and optimizations.
- Take ownership of design, development, testing, and launch milestones.
- Ensure compliance with GD&T in manufacturing drawings.
- Support critical milestones with extended hours as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience with CAD software.
- 1+ years of experience with finite element analysis (FEA).
- Experience in multi-disciplinary design and build projects.
- Strong CAD modeling and GD&T experience.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and collaborative work.
