Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, test, and qualify mechanical assemblies for the Direct to Cell system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative electromechanical interfaces.
- Partner with manufacturing teams to scale projects into high-volume production.
- Conduct mechanical analysis to support design trades and optimizations.
- Take ownership of design, development, testing, and launch milestones.
- Utilize CAD software for modeling and manufacturing drawings.
- Conduct thermal or mechanical analysis using FEA software.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience with CAD software.
- 1+ years of experience with finite element analysis (FEA).
- Experience in complex design and build projects.
- Strong experience in CAD modeling and GD&T.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
