Responsibilities
- Design the factory and processes for high-quality flow control devices and mechanisms.
- Optimize production flow and implement automation to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with design engineers and vendors to ensure manufacturability of parts.
- Maintain work instructions and track defects/part movement effectively.
- Support component level testing, including proof and leak checks.
- Aim for zero workmanship defects and improve product scrutiny over time.
- Engage in the development and delivery of new components on schedule.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of mechanical design/hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Experience with fluid and electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanics, materials, and electrical circuits.
- Proficient in reading fluid schematics and engineering drawings.
- Experience in software development (SQL, Python, or C# is a plus).
- Willingness to travel and work long hours as needed.
