Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and implement machining processes for engine components.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and design engineers to ensure robust processes.
- Implement design for manufacturing (DFM) updates and manage production changes.
- Establish machining process controls for efficient production.
- Ensure quality standards are met for parts and drive related projects.
- Oversee the full machining process from design to inspection.
- Manage multiple projects and product introductions simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing (internships qualify).
- Strong understanding of machining concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in design or product development is preferred.
- Proficiency in mechanical component design and CAD.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on work with hardware.
