Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and implement machining processes for engine components.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to resolve production issues.
- Implement design for manufacturing (DFM) updates and manage change.
- Establish machining process controls for efficient production.
- Ensure quality standards are met for manufactured parts.
- Drive statistical process control (SPC) initiatives in machining.
- Oversee the complete machining process from design to inspection.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of machining concepts and hardware production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in design or product development engineering.
- Proficiency in mechanical component design and analysis using CAD.
- Hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing processes.
