Responsibilities
- Build the production line for avionics parts.
- Develop and qualify manufacturing processes for avionics production.
- Maintain ownership over production line processes, quality, tooling, and safety.
- Create and maintain production work instructions and training documents.
- Oversee new product introductions and revisions.
- Interface with vendors and internal teams for product changes.
- Investigate failures and drive corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of physical sensors and their operation.
- Experience with instrumentation and electronics for harsh environments.
- Data analysis experience with tools like Python or MATLAB.
- Familiarity with statistical process control.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
