Responsibilities
- Build the line that builds the parts.
- Develop and qualify manufacturing processes necessary for avionics production.
- Maintain ownership over production line consistency, quality, tooling, and safety.
- Create and maintain production work instructions and training documents.
- Oversee the introduction of new products and revisions.
- Interface with vendors and internal teams for product introduction.
- Investigate failures and drive corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of physical sensors and their operation.
- Experience with instrumentation and electronics packaging.
- Data analysis experience with tools like Python or MATLAB.
- Experience with special processes like wire bonding and laser welding.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
