Responsibilities
- Own the production, assembly, and testing of propulsion components.
- Create assembly and test work instructions and design fixtures for high-rate production.
- Design and maintain automated high-pressure test equipment.
- Lead changes to production processes and hardware.
- Collaborate with design engineers and technicians to ensure manufacturability.
- Resolve manufacturing and test discrepancies with the quality team.
- Support component-level testing such as proof, leak, and functional checkouts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, building, testing, or troubleshooting hardware.
- Experience in developing production processes or factory optimization.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and building hardware.
- Understanding of fluid systems and solid mechanics.
- Ability to pass Air Force background checks.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
