Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on engineering and liaison role between design and production teams.
- Address production-related non-conformances and drive to root cause.
- Update designs and processes in response to manufacturing issues and changes.
- Participate in design reviews focusing on testability and manufacturability.
- Prepare product and process reports by analyzing information and trends.
- Create engineering documentation for the transition from development to production.
- Drive lean projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, aerospace, etc.).
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, or manufacturing.
- Preferred: 3+ years in a recognized quality system manufacturing environment.
- Experience with automotive, aerospace, or marine harnessing.
- Familiarity with NX/Unigraphics software and ASME Y14.5 standards.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and BOM structures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
