Responsibilities
- Own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production.
- Drive processes for volume production of PCBA, including execution and nonconforming product management.
- Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies in collaboration with design engineers.
- Create and manage work instructions, process documentation, and training.
- Track schedule, work-in-progress levels, and defect rates of products.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimizing product output and quality.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements on PCBA processes and products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, electrical, or other engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of professional experience in manufacturing process, SMT, or PCB design.
- High volume production experience preferred.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and IPC manufacturing standards.
- Experience with SQL and Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and failure analysis tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
