Responsibilities
- Own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production.
- Drive volume production processes including manufacturing execution and process control.
- Oversee new product introduction of PCBA assemblies in collaboration with design engineers.
- Manage work instructions, process documentation, and training.
- Track schedule, work-in-progress levels, and defect rates of products.
- Identify trends for optimizing output, quality, and cost.
- Drive corrective actions and process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, electrical, or other engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing process, SMT, or PCB design.
- High volume production experience preferred.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and IPC manufacturing standards.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze data for improvements.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and willingness to work extended hours.
