Responsibilities
- Own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production.
- Drive processes for volume production of PCBA, including execution and nonconforming product management.
- Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies, collaborating with design engineers.
- Create and manage work instructions and process documentation.
- Track schedules, work-in-progress levels, and defect rates of products.
- Identify trends for optimizing product output and quality enhancements.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements on owned processes and products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing process, SMT, or PCB design.
- High volume production experience preferred.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and IPC manufacturing standards.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python.
- Experience with Six Sigma and failure analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
