Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting complex machinery problems.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and execute improvement projects to maximize equipment availability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to propose design adjustments.
- Implement predictive tools for proactive maintenance.
- Complete hands-on repairs of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.
- Coordinate resources for repairs and equipment upgrades.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Experience with MRP, ERP, and CMMS systems.
- Capability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
