Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting complex machinery problems and equipment failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for equipment and process gaps.
- Develop and execute improvement projects to maximize production equipment availability.
- Collaborate with development engineering teams for reliability and maintenance efficiency.
- Lead the utilization of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Implement predictive maintenance tools for proactive reliability-centered maintenance.
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades with internal and external resources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of troubleshooting technical problems in manufacturing.
- Experience with automated industrial equipment and MRP, ERP, CMMS systems.
- Capability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
