Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting complex machinery problems.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and execute improvement projects to maximize equipment availability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance reliability and maintenance efficiency.
- Lead the utilization of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Implement predictive maintenance tools for proactive equipment management.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for repairs and upgrades.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with MRP, ERP, and CMMS systems.
- Hands-on experience with automated industrial equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
