Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting complex machinery problems.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and execute improvement projects for production equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance reliability and maintenance efficiency.
- Lead the utilization of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Implement predictive tools for proactive maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources for repairs and upgrades.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience troubleshooting technical problems in manufacturing.
- Capability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and other software tools.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
