Responsibilities
- Ensure critical industrial equipment and flight hardware are functioning and well-maintained.
- Coordinate corrective and preventative maintenance plans with production teams.
- Provide operational feedback to maintenance and design engineering for process improvements.
- Promote safety protocols for hazardous equipment work.
- Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to meet maintenance expectations.
- Drive shop improvement projects for effective operations and rapid response to repairs.
- Recruit and train team members, ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and certifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing/testing environment.
- 1+ years of experience leading a team or project.
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with control systems, robotics, and PLC diagnostics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational software.
- Ability to work in elevated heights and physically demanding environments.
