Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procedures for integration, testing, and operation of Dragon flight hardware.
- Manage day-to-day mission-specific launch site and vehicle processing activities.
- Run vehicle system level checkouts and hazardous operations as a test conductor.
- Develop inspection, repair, assembly, and system test requirements based on operational lessons learned.
- Manage work orders and track non-conformances for system improvements.
- Design and develop tools for vehicle processing and testing.
- Collaborate with engineering staff and technicians on daily operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in hardware development, vehicle integration, or operations.
- Experience with spacecraft or launch vehicles preferred.
- Familiarity with high pressure and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software and large CAD models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in high-stress environments and communicate effectively.
