Responsibilities
- Rapidly develop high-reliability electronics for satellites and spacecraft.
- Drive system trades, requirements capture, component selection, analysis, and schematic capture.
- Oversee PCB layout, prototyping, hardware bring-up, debugging, documentation, manufacturing, and testing.
- Support hardware through production, satellite integration, and flight.
- Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines to deliver integrated hardware.
- Challenge assumptions and learn from mistakes in problem-solving.
- Ensure high-performance hardware delivery across interdisciplinary teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics.
- 1+ years of experience designing circuits, electronic products, or hardware.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of professional experience.
- Strong experience in designing mixed-signal circuit boards and full life-cycle development.
- Proficient in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronics.
- Understanding of programming languages like Python and C/C++.
- Experience working on aerospace systems is a plus.
