Responsibilities
- Lead internal project teams and coordinate with contractors throughout the MEP engineering process.
- Provide technical engineering support to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
- Verify maintenance and coordinate repair efforts for HVAC, electrical, and facility systems.
- Manage the design and issuance of documentation for aerospace and industrial projects.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time.
- Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure processes for site projects.
- Ensure reliability and maintainability of installations and respond to facility emergencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience with MEP building systems.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering software.
- Direct field experience with aerospace or large commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles.
- Familiarity with National Electric Code and building codes.
- Ability to work in high-stress environments and provide 24/7 on-call support.
