Responsibilities
- Lead internal project teams and coordinate with engineers and contractors throughout the MEP engineering process.
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with standards and specifications during construction and maintenance.
- Verify maintenance completion and coordinate repair efforts for various facility systems.
- Manage the design and documentation for aerospace and industrial projects.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time.
- Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure processes for site projects.
- Communicate building/maintenance activities and schedules to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in MEP building systems design or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Experience managing aerospace or heavy industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles.
- Familiarity with electrical and power distribution systems.
- Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support and work extended hours as needed.
