Responsibilities
- Lead internal project teams and oversee MEP engineering processes.
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with construction and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and facility systems.
- Manage design and documentation for aerospace and industrial projects.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time.
- Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure processes for site projects.
- Ensure reliability and maintainability of installations and respond to facility emergencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in MEP building systems design or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering software.
- Experience managing large capital projects in aerospace or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing design.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., National Electric Code).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
