Responsibilities
- Rapidly develop high-reliability electronics for satellites and spacecraft
- Drive system trades, requirements capture, component selection, and analysis
- Oversee schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and hardware debugging
- Support hardware through production, satellite integration, and flight
- Collaborate with engineers from mechanical, thermal, software, and test engineering
- Challenge assumptions and approach problems with an open mind
- Ensure high-performance hardware delivery across interdisciplinary subsystems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics
- 1+ years of experience designing circuits or hardware
- Master’s degree preferred; 2+ years of professional experience in product design
- Experience with mixed-signal circuit boards and high-reliability product development
- Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, C/C++)
- Experience designing RF circuits and performing electromagnetic simulations
- Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed for mission-critical deadlines
