Responsibilities
- Design and develop next-generation launch vehicles and production lines.
- Perform hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimize designs.
- Iterate on manufacturing processes and development testing in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure hardware integration.
- Own impactful business outcomes and experience significant personal and professional growth.
- Contribute to the transition from building hardware to flying reusable rockets.
- Engage in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of mechanical and/or fluids engineering experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in a technical role requiring entrepreneurial problem-solving.
- Demonstrated academic excellence (minimum GPA 3.5/4.0).
- Ability to work extended hours and relocate to Starbase, TX.
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility to meet ITAR requirements.
