Responsibilities
- Design and manage automation projects from ideation to operational hand-off.
- Develop and debug PLC code for high-volume manufacturing.
- Implement safety systems compliant with ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA for manufacturing equipment.
- Create user-friendly HMI screens for complex machines.
- Design electrical systems in accordance with NEC, NFPA, and UL508A regulations.
- Create schedules and budgets while motivating the team.
- Troubleshoot and ensure compliance with safety standards in electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in industrial or factory automation.
- Familiarity with electro-mechanical/robotic systems design.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and electrical systems troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends for critical milestones.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
