Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product quality across the entire lifecycle of Spectacles.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance programs for both internal and outsourced manufacturing.
  • Implement a feedback loop to capture and analyze customer quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with product design, engineering, operations, supply chain, and R&D teams.
  • Lead and coordinate quality management practices across global operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement across manufacturing and quality systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and proactively identify potential risks.

Job Requirements

  • Proven expertise in hardware product quality management in consumer electronics.
  • Strong background in managing internal manufacturing and outsourced partners.
  • Deep understanding of global supply chains and product quality standards.
  • Expertise in customer-facing quality metrics and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 14+ years of professional experience in a senior leadership role.
