Intern - Project Engineer

Skanska is seeking a Project Engineering Intern to support project managers and superintendents in various engineering tasks. The role offers an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic construction environment that values diversity and inclusion.

• Assist and support Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects.
• Coordinate project activities under direct supervision.
• Perform routine daily activities and gather/distribute information.
• Assist in accounting activities with guidance.
• Help with estimating functions as requested.
• Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Present information clearly in both written and verbal forms.

• Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects.
• Proficiency in mathematics functions (geometry, basic algebra).
• Computer skills (MS Office, HCSS, CGC, etc.).
• Ability to work in a timely and professional manner.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
