Responsibilities
- Spend a minimum of 6 months onsite working on assigned projects.
- Develop slurry and coating recipes through an iterative design process.
- Discover and explain the relationships between electrode components and cell performance.
- Plan and execute experiments to understand the effects of slurry formulation and cell processing.
- Help build and operationalize new processes, instrumentation, and analytics.
- Identify safety hazards and implement improvements collaboratively.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of prior experience in research & development environments.
- Academic focus or expertise in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science, physics, materials science, or mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in experimental design methods and statistical data analysis.
- Strong commitment to documenting procedures and results.
- Familiarity with collaborative problem-solving best practices.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment and handle materials safely.
- Capability to operate analytical equipment and perform physical tasks as required.
