Responsibilities
- Spend 6 months onsite working on assigned projects.
- Develop slurry and coating recipes using tabletop mixing & coating processes.
- Plan and execute experiments to evaluate electrode parameters on mechanical and electrochemical properties.
- Build and operationalize new processes and analytics related to slurry and coating.
- Analyze relationships between electrode components and battery performance.
- Identify safety hazards and implement improvements.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of prior experience in research & development environments.
- Academic focus in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in experimental design and statistical data analysis.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with collaborative problem-solving best practices.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment and handle materials safely.
- Capacity to operate analytical equipment and perform physical tasks as required.
