Responsibilities
- Execute tests according to engineering requirements and collect data for root cause analysis.
- Coordinate test setup with other Technicians to ensure proper testing infrastructure.
- Follow specific test guidelines and analyze results while maintaining data confidentiality.
- Collect and report data using specified software and maintain logs and records.
- Provide evaluations of test results and communicate findings to engineers and peers.
- Actively participate in problem-solving and work collaboratively to meet customer requirements.
- Complete shift pass downs with relevant information regarding testing units.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-3 year post-secondary diploma in a STEM field desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a product development test environment.
- Experience with test procedures, report writing, and data management.
- Familiarity with executing Python scripts is helpful.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Proficient in Windows and MS Office, with attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate commitment to company values.
