Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements assessment and embedded system architecture.
- Perform component selection, design, simulation, and schematic capture.
- Layout PCB and support manufacturing and assembly.
- Debug and test electronic systems, providing written reports and documentation.
- Utilize Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools for schematic and PCB layout.
- Act as the sole electronics engineer on cross-functional project teams.
- Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and provide project updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Sigma Design Core Values.
- Ability to pass a post-offer background verification.
