Responsibilities
- Design and develop specialized tools, jigs, and fixtures for aerospace manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand manufacturing requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies for tooling solutions.
- Utilize CAD software for detailed tool designs.
- Participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Liaise with suppliers for tooling components and materials.
- Develop and maintain tooling documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Initial experience or internships in tool design engineering.
- Basic understanding of tool design principles.
- Proficiency in NX or similar CAD software.
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
