Responsibilities
- Implement process improvement solutions, including hardware installations.
- Reduce scrap and waste to increase production capacity.
- Manage improvement projects related to capital expenditures and cost savings.
- Design, procure, and validate fixtures, tools, and shop aides.
- Apply Lean manufacturing techniques and support production teams.
- Communicate technical information effectively across various organizational levels.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Experience in simulating manufacturing systems and processes.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Preferred qualifications include Lean manufacturing techniques and knowledge of AutoCAD.
