Responsibilities
- Implement process improvement solutions, including hardware installations.
- Reduce scrap and waste to increase capacity.
- Manage improvement projects involving capital expenditures and design development.
- Design, procure, and validate fixtures, tools, and shop aides.
- Apply Lean manufacturing techniques and support the production team.
- Coordinate and communicate technical information across various organizational levels.
- Conduct root cause analysis and take corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
- Experience in simulating manufacturing systems and processes.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Preferred experience with Lean manufacturing techniques and ERP systems.
