Responsibilities
- Lead and support commercial production of specialty polymers and embolic microspheres.
- Provide daily support for production, processes, materials, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot new and existing products and process problems.
- Create and update controlled documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Initiate technical activities for new or improved products and processes.
- Mentor employees and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Three years of experience in design and manufacturing engineering or related occupation.
- Experience with manufacturing test methods and process development.
- Familiarity with Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Process Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Skills in statistical analysis and systematic problem solving.
- Experience in new product design and analysis.
