Responsibilities
- Analyze operations and design workflows to reduce inefficiency.
- Ensure final products meet established quality standards.
- Perform detailed time studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct value stream mapping and lead Kaizen events to eliminate waste.
- Develop documentation and deliver training programs on lean tools.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Lead projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes, including planning and budget management.
Job Requirements
- B.S. or greater in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment as an Industrial Engineer.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Preferred experience with SAP or similar MRP systems and AutoCAD.
- 6 Sigma certification is a plus.
