Responsibilities
- Analyze defect data and implement data-driven corrective actions.
- Drive continued improvement of the quality system and manufacturing processes.
- Document, update, and present corrective actions and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering drawings, and test procedures.
- Lead containment efforts of non-conforming material.
- Communicate directly with customers and suppliers.
- Support the preparation and execution of audits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2 years of experience.
- Practical knowledge of electronics manufacturing.
- Experience with IPC-620, J-STD-001, and NASA-STD-8739.4.
- Lean/Six Sigma training preferred (green/black belt).
- Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
