Responsibilities
- Apply mathematical and engineering principles to electrical system designs.
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of electrical equipment and systems.
- Support the avionics shop manager in the design and development of electrical control cabinets and cable harnesses.
- Generate and maintain engineering and manufacturing documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes using 5S principles.
- Interact with vendors for supply issues.
- Adhere to Quality Management Systems standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
- Three years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Self-starter with initiative and independence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- General knowledge of schematic capture and electrical schematics, preferably with AutoCAD Electrical.
