Responsibilities
- Contribute to the concepting and development of next-gen Ninja products through brainstorming and prototyping.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to explore innovative solutions.
- Build, test, and iterate prototypes while validating performance and usability.
- Analyze data from testing and consumer feedback to inform design decisions.
- Participate in technical deep-dives and design reviews to propose solutions.
- Take ownership of engineering tasks and gain exposure to manufacturing considerations.
- Support design feasibility analysis, CAD modeling, and technical documentation.
Job Requirements
- Current student in a related associate's, bachelor's, or master’s program.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on development and testing.
- Exposure to CAD software and prototype development.
- Familiarity with electronics and basic machine shop tools.
