Responsibilities
- Contribute to the concept and development of next-gen Ninja products through brainstorming and prototyping.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to explore solutions to consumer challenges.
- Build, test, and iterate prototypes while validating performance and usability.
- Analyze data from testing and consumer feedback to inform design decisions.
- Participate in technical reviews to solve challenges and propose solutions.
- Take ownership of engineering tasks and gain exposure to manufacturing considerations.
- Support design feasibility analysis and technical documentation alongside experienced engineers.
Job Requirements
- Current student in a related engineering program.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on development and testing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Familiarity with CAD programs and prototype development.
- Experience with electronics and basic machine shop tools is desirable.
