Responsibilities
- Collaborate to establish user, design, and functional requirements, delivering robust solutions.
- Lead efforts to resolve technical issues during product development.
- Own designs from conception through CAD execution, prototyping, and verification.
- Evaluate and improve designs for cost efficiency and quality.
- Work with R&D to build prototypes and testing rigs for product optimization.
- Apply engineering and design standards to deliver effective solutions.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or product design.
- Proficiency in CAD software like SolidWorks or Creo.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes for plastic, casting, and sheet metal.
- Experience with prototyping and testing in lab environments.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Appreciation for electrical engineering and mechanical systems.
