The GM of Robotics at SharkNinja will lead the strategic direction of the Robotics division, focusing on innovation, profitability, and long-term growth while ensuring best-in-class execution across product development and consumer experience.

• Define and communicate a compelling Robotics vision and strategy.
• Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration across departments.
• Drive the development of innovative products and services combining hardware, software, and IoT solutions.
• Oversee product lifecycle from R&D to commercialization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead consumer insights teams to translate data into product evolution.
• Spearhead technology roadmaps and ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in robotics engineering and product development.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
