Fall 2025: Design Engineering Co-op, Advanced Development (July through December)

The role is for a Design Engineering Co-op at SharkNinja, focusing on hands-on experience in CAD, prototyping, testing, and design iteration for innovative kitchen appliances. The position requires working onsite in Needham, MA, and is ideal for students in their third year or beyond of a Mechanical Engineering program.

• Create and iterate on CAD models (SolidWorks)
• Support rapid prototyping using 3D printing and other shop tools
• Assist in building and executing design validation tests
• Collaborate with engineers and designers on concept development
• Analyze test results and contribute to design improvements
• Work onsite 5 days a week
• Engage in a fast-paced, creative product development environment

• Candidates should be in their third year or beyond of a Bachelor's program in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing (FDM or SLA)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excitement for fast-paced, creative product development
• Ability to work onsite in Needham, MA, 5 days a week
