Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize material flow across manufacturing processes.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and refine production workflows for efficient resource utilization.
- Support performance metrics and tools for tracking production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product manufacturability.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow optimization.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
