Responsibilities
- Collaborate with electrical design and manufacturing teams to enhance product function and reliability.
- Support new product development by prototyping early development hardware.
- Implement design for manufacturability changes to improve efficiency.
- Analyze manufacturing discrepancies and work with the quality team.
- Participate in design reviews with internal teams and external partners.
- Generate ideas and improvements for next-generation vessels.
- Identify and solve complex technical problems while prioritizing issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Understanding of electrical engineering principles and complex system integrations.
- Experience with wire harnessing, radios, and system integration.
- Familiarity with industry standards related to electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment and ability to travel as needed.
