Responsibilities
- Perform technical tests and experiments for process engineering
- Set up processing equipment and monitor operations
- Provide guidance to line operators and audit processes
- Conduct test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs of results
- Implement new product processes in collaboration with engineering teams
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve SMT profiles and equipment
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Experience with SMT equipment such as Fuji, DeK, MPM, BTU, Vitronics
- Knowledge of Quick Turn/New Product Introduction
- Familiarity with IPC and ISO standards
- Experience in Lead Free Profiling
- Ability to read and write proficiently
- Associate degree in a related field (2 years)
