Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering team in the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of manufacturing process documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations.
- Conduct data analysis and develop recommendations for process improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support as needed.
- Perform engineering change processes as necessary to support existing products.
- Test prototypes and standard products and write reports to document the results.
Job Requirements
- Currently in year 3 or 4, or a post-graduate, of a 4-year degree program in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of three days a week continually.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong commitment to respect, integrity, and accountability.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
