Responsibilities
- Support the Manufacturing Engineering team in designing and implementing new manufacturing processes.
- Assist with developing and maintaining manufacturing process documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct data analysis and develop recommendations for process improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support as needed.
- Perform engineering change processes to support existing products.
- Test prototypes and standard products and document results.
Job Requirements
- Currently in year 3 or 4 of a 4-year degree program in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow oral and written guidelines.
- Effective teamwork skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
