Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering team in designing and implementing new manufacturing processes
- Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing process documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing operations
- Conduct data analysis and develop recommendations for process improvement
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support
- Perform engineering change processes for existing products
- Test prototypes and standard products, documenting results
Job Requirements
- Currently in year 3 or 4, or a post-graduate, of a 4-year degree program in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a minimum of three days a week
- Effective team collaboration skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
