Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term roadmap for UPW and IWT systems.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with ultrapure water specifications and wastewater discharge requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Manage the annual operating and capital budgets for the department.
- Lead sustainability and water conservation initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of engineers and operators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (or related field).
- 15+ years of experience in a high-stakes Facilities or Engineering environment.
- 5-7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of membrane filtration and industrial wastewater chemistry.
- Proven ability to lead data-driven process improvements.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to present complex technical data to executive leadership.
