Responsibilities
- Tour electrical rooms to identify abnormal conditions and perform 6S as necessary.
- Conduct minor preventive maintenance and update equipment management systems.
- Escort vendors and contractors into electrical rooms.
- Support engineering activities related to power-monitoring equipment.
- Respond to Central Control Room requests for site alarms or issues.
- Participate in safety and quality improvement activities.
- Provide technical assistance and coaching to junior team members.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or trade school preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Texas Electrician License, Journeyman preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NEC 70E and electrical distribution systems.
- Knowledge of standard practices in the electrical trade.
- Experience with digital multimeters for electrical measurements.
- OSHA 10 training preferred.
